I wish to write with considerable satisfaction regarding the service I received from the above.
It was a delight to do business with the owner Mr Andrew Marriott. He was very transparent with his dealings and the advice and assistance conveyed.
He went to great lengths to try and solve a faulty motherboard problem my old laptop had thrown in my direction. Following an exhaustive effort on Andrew`s part it deemed Beyond Economical Repair and necessary to consider a new laptop in substitution for my old one.
I am pleased to say that Andrew ensured I was presented with a superb new laptop from HP he also recovered all the data from the old laptop and fully set up and restored all the data back to the new one. This Laptop was planned for my wife but I now have use constantly due to the excellent performance this unit provides.
I should take this opportunity to thank Andrew Marriott for all his effort. His expert advice is concise and his attitude emphatic with the customer. Should I have any problems in the future I shall contact Andrew for assistance.
