AJR is so confident in the work we do, due to our experience and knowledge, We offer a 14 day labour guarantee, in the unlikely event you experience any issues, AJR will put it right free of charge no questions asked, this excludes an Malware related issues as this can be user related, All work is shown to the client before payment is collected so you can be confident in the work we do.
DATA BACKUPS MADE PRIOR TO MAJOR WORK CARRIED OUT
AJR understands the importance of your data and have a data privacy policy in place, before we work on any computer system we do a 2 level data backup procedure, the first stage is to run our custom software to back-up all the files and data the system has in place, our software is special as it remembers where it found the data and if a restore is needed it puts it right back where it found it, including – Pictures, Documents, Music, iTunes, Outlook, Favourites, desktop and more. The second stage is taking a full system image of the computer this includes all data including the operating system eg –Windows. This restores the full operating system and files, settings everything you have in place on your computer system.
FREE PICK UP & DROP OFF, NO CALL OUT CHARGES, NO FIX, NO FEE!
AJR offers a free collection and delivery service (within a 10 mile radius of our base S62) for workshop repairs, if we can’t fix onsite you only pay the fixed fee for the repair work, We will also unplug your computer if it’s a desktop machine and once repaired set it backup for you. We don’t believe in call out charges, we only want to be paid for the work we do and if we can’t fix the issue or problem you are not charged anything. (We only have 2 charges in place, they are for unsuccessful data recovery and water damage on devices, due to the time we have to take on each service as nobody want to work for free!, But we are fair!, we have a 6 stage data recovery process sometimes it can take days to complete the process and we only ask for £15 to cover costs incurred we lose out on labour time. Water damaged to devices procedure is always a full strip down of the device followed by a sonic bath of the electronic components and a hand cleaning of the components with special solution to remove corrosion, this service can take time a full day at least to complete and we have an 80% success rate and only charge £50 this fee is still chargeable if unsuccessful to cover the engineers time spent working on your device
