Our AJR Cloud Tech solution has become quite popular with our current and new customers coming on board since we started implementing it in to our IT Support Service, and the majority of our IT Support clients wanted us to deploy it to their computers and servers when we announced it to them, so we can provide around the clock managed IT and proactive system monitoring 24/365, I had the idea of creating a service that would allow us to take care of my clients 24/7 365 and i came up with AJR Cloud Tech, our business keeps growing and demanding more of our time out of the office and workshop and onsite with clients. AJR Cloud Tech works in the cloud monitoring computers and servers for issues we are then alerted, it also maintains systems automatically and provides a managed Antivirus powered by our beloved Emsisoft partner that we can monitor and manage through the cloud. So we would like to say welcome to our newest AJR team member the “The AJR Cloud Tech” and so far he is doing a fantastic job!
We have some great news regarding the AJR Cloud Tech service, We are proud to announce the new version and introduction of the Patch Management Feature and a couple of other improvements listed below.
– Patch management added for supported apps (managed via our dashboard)
– Added patch management switch to our setup installer
– Defrag trigger now checks for SSD and ignores them
– Improved scan log gathering for Managed Antivirus
– Device manager trigger now filters out less important errors
– Fixed issue in Installer that required .net 4.5
– Miscellaneous bug fixes and backend improvements to AJR Cloud Tech
Note: Patch Management is included within the Monitoring Upgrade. It is not an additional upgrade that you have to pay for separately.
Now AJR can automatically keep our client’s applications up to date! 24/7 365
Once we have enabled this to all our AJR Cloud Tech Customers this will be happening over the weekend! and those currently receiving the service will get the new features once you reboot your computers and AJR Cloud Tech will re-sync to the servers, AJR Cloud Tech will then check for out of date apps and update them if necessary, each time AJR Cloud Tech syncs.
AJR Cloud Tech – Patch Management allows us to automatically keep our clients applications upto date, If you currently have AJR Cloud Tech Monitoring this is now part of the monitoring package so it is included and we are currently upgrading and rolling it out to our clients.
